Throughout the creative journey, our goal was to optimize our solution with a relentless focus on the end user. Recognizing the importance of accessibility, we envisioned a seamless data input process for farmers, whether they are in their tractors, out in the fields, or anywhere else they desire. To cater to diverse needs, we meticulously crafted designs tailored for both mobile devices and larger screens.
Dashboard:
The most straightforward approach to presenting intricate data is through a dashboard. This empowers users to effortlessly view and customize the data according to their interests by rearranging segments as they see fit. The dashboard provides users with the freedom to tailor the solution to their preferences. Additionally, ensuring clarity in data presentation is crucial to eliminate any potential uncertainties.
Clear onboarding:
Recognizing that not everyone is tech-savvy and may not grasp all the data at once, we prioritized user onboarding. Our approach involved introducing users to the fundamental aspects of our solution without unnecessary complexities. We aimed for a swift onboarding process, ensuring users could quickly access and enjoy the solution without encountering unnecessary obstacles.
Smart survey:
Human nature inclines us to adapt to routine tasks, and when it involves mundane activities, the desire is to complete them swiftly. Farmers, obligated to conduct surveys every quarter, face the challenge of inputting substantial data every six months. Our solution addresses this by incorporating pre-filled input fields with static data. If no changes occur in a particular category, users can simply approve it and proceed to the next set of questions. This streamlines the process, making it more efficient and less time-consuming for farmers.
